Brian Lezak is a Managing Partner of Majestic Asset Management, Inc. and has over 23 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, management and finance. In addition to overseeing the day to day operations of a $40 million privately held real estate portfolio, Brian is responsible for sourcing, executing and managing acquisitions for Majestic. Brian’s unique background provides him with the diverse skill set of underwriting and financing, as well as managing all different types of real estate transactions.

Brian Lezak founded Cameron Pacific in 2001 after working as an Executive Vice President for the Bond Companies, a boutique investment bank and development company for three years and Kennedy Wilson for nine years. Brian Lezak and David Fradin joined forces in 2008 to create Majestic Asset Management.

With to a career spanning over 23 years, Mr. Lezak has become a valuable asset to all real estate transactions.

David Fradin

David Fradin attended the University of Arizona, with dual majors of accounting and finance. In 1995 David created Majestic Investments with a vision to expand his family’s real estate portfolio of 5 properties. Since that time he has facilitated the purchase and sale of over 16 additional properties. Their current portfolio is diversified with a mix of 12 industrial, apartment, retail and office investments.

David began his career working at his father’s CPA firm. This experience provided his foundation for attention to detail and invaluable knowledge in accounting. At the same time he was overseeing their real estate portfolio, working closely with vendors and tenants. As he grew their holdings, David oversaw extensive construction projects from remolding units to ground-up development, often acting as the construction supervisor. Operating within various job descriptions allowed David to gain experience and knowledge in real estate at a rapid pace. He learned the importance of being hands-on, having an open dialogue with tenants to address their needs and wants, having good relations with vendors so they work diligently on all tasks and scrutinizing all expenses as the directly improve your bottom line. These work ethics, combined with his accounting and finance background, are the fundamentals that have allowed David’s real estate career to flourish, even during a downward market.

Michael Fradin
Michael Fradin has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1972. In addition to investing in real estate he is the sole practitioner of a successful accounting practice. Prior to becoming an accountant his background was in construction. These assets have provided a solid foundation for a successful career in real estate investing. Michael’s experience in real estate taxation has provided us with a distinct tax advantage in managing our own portfolio. His vast experience in reviewing financial statements and auditing is a valuable asset that we always can depend on.
